Here are some more resources for building classroom management.  Influenced by Donna Price in San Diego, I created a laminated poster in my Beginning High classroom that I used for several years.  The poster outlined student classroom responsibilities.  Students met these responsibilities as a team and every two weeks, we would give their teams a different responsibility.  It worked very well.  Email me for more information.  robjenkins.esl@gmail.com.  Team Management, Team Responsibilities
