CALPRO is the California Adult Literacy Professional Development Project.  It provides workshops for all WIA funded agencies in California. Along with CALPRO’s online workshops and courses, they train presenters to facilitate many face-to-face workshops that are generally free to participants and programs.  Contact CALPRO to schedule workshops. Go to www.otan.us to find local workshops.  CALPRO authorized workshops are research to practice.  They often are series and are usually 3-hours long.
